Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BlumiLondon! We are delighted to offer international shipping via DHL for all our African-inspired print fashion and accessories.

Local Shipping Times:

• All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. For custom or personalised orders please contact us for delivery estimates. 
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
• Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working Days, UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 20 or free for orders above AED150.

International Shipping:

• We provide international shipping to destinations worldwide using DHL Express.
• Shipping times are 4 - 10 working days however may vary depending on your location, customs clearance processes, and any unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout based on your shipping address. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
• Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your delivery. You can track your order directly on the DHL website using the provided tracking information.
