Local Shipping Times:
- All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. For custom or personalised orders please contact us for delivery estimates.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
- Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working Days, UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 20 or free for orders above AED150.
International Shipping:
- We provide international shipping to destinations worldwide using DHL Express.
- Shipping times are 4 - 10 working days however may vary depending on your location, customs clearance processes, and any unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout based on your shipping address. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
